Print and sleeve cylinders
Our print cylinders are manufactured from aluminium or steel and are characterised by their high accuracy. We manufacture printing cylinders for all flexo machines, and all our print cylinders are supplied with standard gears. Our sleeve cylinders are manufactured using either aluminium or polyurethane as a working surface. They are fast and easy to assemble on air mandrel and have a high durability inner core. Our sleeve cylinders are characterised by light weight and high working precision, making them an excellent choice.
Optional features include:
- Anodized working surface to protect from scratching.
- Plate cylinders can be made from tube to reduce the weight.
- Hardened and ground gears for better quality printing.
